Calming The Storm

This morning worship was encouraging. When Sister Yunita prayed about the storm our Church is going through, and how God can calm this storm.

Matthew 8:23-26 (TNIV)

23 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24 Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25 The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"

26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

By the same token, Jesus will calm the storm of our Church when we are with Him in the boat. Meaning that we follow His commands, and He will calm the storm. Have faith in Him.

There is no doubt that our Church will be able to weather this storm because God is on our side. We need to stay close to Him and follow His Words.

There is no storm that we cannot overcome, when we have Jesus on our side. Brothers and Sisters let us continue in our efforts to rebuild our Church.
