Health is Wealth

According to David H. Murdock, founder of Dole Food Company the most healthies foods are vegetables and fish. Add these with exercises and most of us will be alright. I think many people can relate to this statement because people know the benefits of vegetables and fish. The other meats are not so healthy although they have their role in our overall health. "Easy does it", meaning moderation in eating is the key to health. No more excessive indulgence on particular food group!

I remenber talking with Brother Soon King on the way to visit Guruka and he mentioned about arthritis and how eating pineapple can help.
